Terms and refunds

Conservation Check gives general guidance from official open data. It is not legal advice and it is not an official council search. Data can be incomplete or out of date, and your local planning authority has the final word.

The report is a one time digital purchase for one location. It is generated when you open it, using the data published on that date.

Refunds: if your report fails to load, or you bought it by mistake and have not used it, reply to your payment receipt email within 14 days and we will refund you in full.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which also handles VAT and sales tax.
